The annual Chelmsford Beer and Cider Festival kicks off today in Admiral's Park, with over 100 breweries from around the country.
367 beers and ales are on offer as well as around 150 ciders, as well as Essex-produced wines from the Felsted Vineyard.
There will be live music each evening and during the afternoon on Friday and Saturday, including acoustic duo Matt and Sueleen, seen on the BBC's The Voice, on Friday afternoon and Madness cover band One Step Behind closing the event on Saturday night.
The event runs until Saturday, noon until 11pm and entry is free until 5.30pm on all days.
After 5.30pm, there is an entrance fee of £4 Tuesday to Thursday, and £5 Friday and Saturday.
Entrance is free for members of organisers CAMRA at any time, and you can join at the door for £20 annual subscription.
