Whoosh! the non-profit learning centre based at the e2v site in Chelmsford, have teamed up with Giggle Together, a project of the voluntary organisation Moulding Futures*. Their Creative Giggle workshop will be held at the centre on Monday the 14th of May at 12.30pm - 2.30pm costing just £5 - a special offer to celebrate.

The workshop promises to invigorate, inspire and wake up your mind, body and soul and is for anyone wanting to try something different, fun and creative. That doesn't mean that they have to be artistic or be able to draw though. It is not an art class - more a place to let go, laugh and play, something we tend not to do so much as adults.

Giggle Together Goody Bags will be available to buy on the day and there are a few places left to fill. Call Whoosh! on 01245 256079 to book your place and experience a splash of cold water on your face and put a smile on your lips.

WARNING - feelings of positivity will follow... Stipey or bright socks recommended.

For more information on Giggle Together go to www.giggletogether.co.uk or contact 01245 399541.

*Shortlisted for the HEART OF ESSEX award for their Giggle 4 Gold (working in an elderly care home) and Giggle House (working with people with experience of homelessness) programmes. VOTE FOR Project 041.

In just 2 hours you will: • Understand why laughter and play are so important in everyday life, work and relationships . • Practice simple exercises to release built up stress creatively. • Laugh when there is nothing to actually laugh at – and know the benefits of this. • Give permission to have fun and be silly but know when this is appropriate. • Increase self-esteem, confidence and connect with others. • Learn how to tap into your creative mind to think more innovatively. • HAVE FUN – it is allowed!
