Dan Holman struck a brace as Braintree beat Woking 4-1 at the Kingfield Stadium.
Braintree took the lead in the 16th minute when Holman struck a powerful drive from 25 yards.
But both teams entered the break level as the hosts found an equaliser shortly before half-time when striker Brett Williams' drilled shot from 20 yards found the bottom corner.
Two goals in three minutes at the start of the second half saw Braintree take control.
A cross by Daniel Sparkes cross was headed into his own net by Woking defender Mike Cestor before Nicky Symons smashed in a third from fully 35 yards, the ball sailing into the top corner.
Holman scored his second with a cool finish from the edge of the box after 64 minutes to round off the scoring.
